A group of people sit in chairs, engaged in a conversation.The Gates Chili Central School District Human Resources Department is committed to supporting every stage of an employee’s journey—from recruitment and onboarding to professional growth and retirement. Our team oversees the hiring and staffing of all district personnel, manages payroll and benefits, and ensures compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

In addition to handling certifications, labor relations, conflict resolution, and contract negotiations, the department supports staff with services such as FMLA guidance, mandatory trainings, coaching contracts, civil service processes, and recognition programs. We’re here to ensure that every employee has the support and resources they need to thrive in their role and contribute to our learning community.
