Professional Learning Vision
Gates Chili believes in providing professional learning opportunities that connects employees with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles. These opportunities will 

  • Generate diverse and differentiated ways to learn with each other and from each other 
  • Cultivate and maintain effective, rigorous, welcoming environments for students to reach their fullest potential 
  • Prepare staff to meet the ever-changing needs of our diverse students and families 
  • Link to our District Goals, Professional Learning Strands and support individual roles
